High-tech stand with nearly unlimited adaptability – MotoStay aluminium

Individual adaptations and its flexible module design distinguish the MotoStay aluminium. During the course of the last few years the demand for special MotoStay solutions increased more and more.

The MotoStay-team presents some of these special forms of use in the short form. The following forms of use are however only a few examples of the nearly unlimited possibilities. The module design of the MotoStay aluminium permits nearly any expansion and reconstruction of it. All measurements and fixation requirements can be incorporated.

Time and again the weight of the motorcycles plays an important role when inquiring about a MotoStay. Even without a special construction the stand competently bears the weight of a very heavy motorcycle as for example the Gold Wing. (Picture 1)

A very frequent form of use of the MotoStay is mounting it onto a transportation trailer. Due to the module design an adaptation to nearly every trailer can also be conducted here. This is even the case when mounting it onto very low priced trailers. Here in some cases the installation of a reinforced plate is necessary. (Pictures 2-3)

Special motorcycles always make special demands on their placement, maintenance etc. In adapted versions MotoStay can of course be used without any problems for such motorcycles. Special versions were even already supplied for long Choppers with a 280 rear wheel or extremely modified bikes with a 330 rear wheel. These then provided considerably longer profiles or rather wider clamping and adaptor elements depending on the motorcycles. The here attached pictures (enclosed or at the MotoStay website www.motostay.com) surely speak volumes. (Pictures 4-6)

The alternatives for fixation of the MotoStay onto transporters are just as widely variable as the MotoStay itself. Due to the fact that individual elements can be exchanged at any time or rather that the parts for fixation can be mounted to any position on the aluminium MotoStay, the production of any fixation for every transporter is possible. These will gladly be carried out upon customer request.

In addition to the assembly the colour design of the MotoStay is also modifiable to almost any colour. Because the production company itself is a long-established company in the area of powder coating and industrial lacquering, individual colour or colour combination requests can be regarded at any time. Highly qualitative materials in polyester-cladding-exterior quality are exclusively used for the powder coating which is extremely light resistant and weather-proof. Regarding the preservation of the gloss and the prevention of discolouring the values required in the GSB and Qualicoat regulations are excelled by far.
